This review is for the pharmacy, specifically a male pharmacist working with a female tech on 4/17/24. I was visiting from MA and one of my meds was missing when my husband brought them to me from MA. My pharmacy back in MA said just have the FL pharmacy call us and we can take care of it over the phone. The lady was super friendly and willing to help, however the male was not. Had the best sandwich I have ever tasted from this Publix location. I think it has a direct correlation with who made it… Jennifer was absolutely fantastic. She cared about my sandwich dearly. Jennifer is due for a raise. If you go to this location for a sandwich, request Jennifer. You won’t regret it.
The staff is incredibly rude and derogatory, but that is not really a problem as long as they fill your medication. I have a neuropathic type of cancer pain, and for it I take pain medication. Yesterday I called in the morning asking if they can fill my medication (many pharmacies do not carry this specific dose), the pharmacist “Kristen” said that she is currently out of stock, and I thanked her for her help and told her I will check another Publix, and that should have been the end of that.
