Been waiting for a few days for refills. I called and was told something about waiting for their Orlando facility to fill it and send it. One of the prescriptions I'm now out of and need for a disorder. Sadly, I guess it's time to switch pharmacies.

Waited for two days to have my blood pressure medication filled, for two days it said in progress. I called on 04 FEB 2025 at 3pm to see what was taking so long, and was told that even though they had it on hand, they try to let Orlando send it to them. I persisted and she gave me attitude and said fine, I can have it ready in 10 minutes. She was rude and condescending when she told me “it’s your responsibility to call and say how important the prescription is”.
