Have been shopping at this Publix for years. Also getting our Rx here. Entire staff are friendly, helpful & go out of the way to assist their customers. Have no idea why the bad reviews, because from my experience, they're great!!!
There are frustrating things in life, fight against so many things that are wrong with the healthcare system. The pharmacist manager is terrible, as well as the tall employee. I have been picking up my medication in this pharmacy Publix, it sucks no matter where I go in fort Walton beach I have change to the other pharmacy location thinking that was one employee but no. Publix pharmacy is great! Pharmacists helpful and prescriptions filled promptly!
Absolutely the worst service. You cannot depend on what they tell you and they don’t even have the decency to admit when they make a mistake. Doesn’t matter how many times you call them, they can’t get it right. I can’t get my stuff switched out of this place fast enough!!
