My home pharmacy but seriosely not impressed today. Ordered a time sensitive injectable refill on their app a few days before it was needed at the urging of my wife. She was teasing me that I didnt need to visit in person to insure it was gonna get refilled and to use the app. Jokes on me. Get there to pick it up, and not only is it not ready, they act like they are gonna start working on that issue now. Absolutely awful experience today. A young lady running the counter, lots of tattoos, super pale makeup and red lips, was rolling her eyes and treating this poor woman in line like absolute garbage. Rolling her eyes and huffing wile this woman attempted to communicate. She also decided while rolling her eyes and displaying her clear annoyance for her job, that it would be a good time to yell at others in line and let them know there weren’t queuing correctly. Came in 10 min prior to closing, the pharmacist and the ladies “worked their magic” for me to pick up the antibiotic for my toddler even though the dr sent the medicine an hr before closing. Thank you, ladies.
This used to be the best pharmacy in the South. When they lost the pharmacist with long black hair, they fell apart. I've now had all I can take and won't be back. I was prescribed a once-weekly controlled substance, and the doc stressed to not only take it the same day every week, but at the same time of day. My first order was late because the pharmacy didn't keep in stock, which is understandable. The second order was late because they forgot to order more, so I had to reset the day.
