Stefan the Pharmacist (pharmacy/manager) is wonderful. He answers any questions we have and has caught several drug interactions. He is always willing to take questions and explains things so they are easy to understand. He never makes you feel like you are bothering him and doesn’t rush you. After getting a prescription, I will usually call and ask if that’s safe to take. I trust him more than I trust my own doctor thank you Publix for hiring such a wonderful pharmacist. I will forever be a Customer.
Stefan Ferro, pharmacist, is MVP at this pharmacy! I have dealt with this pharmacy for 21 years on and off. After some serious frustration over my child’s acne prescription, Stefan took the ball, researched cheaper alternatives and followed through, WHILE ON VACATION! For a mom with a teenager who suffers greatly from the acne, I could not be more appreciative! For him to care enough to go the extra mile on his time off is priceless! THANK YOU, Mr Ferro!
3rd time wife is notified on prescription ready not me. My # has been given servel times. 3 days after I go to pick up and it's not ready. 3rd time.
