Fair warning: if you use this pharmacy, expect an exhausting, adversarial experience and a new administrative obstacle every single month. Between stock issues, prior authorizations, distributor limitations, inconsistent communication, and constantly shifting explanations, simply trying to fill a legitimate prescription becomes a part-time job. I have been using Publix pharmacy for many years, but no more. I had switched from Jog because the line for service was always a long wait and many time the people behind the counter were rude as if they owned the place. So I switched to the one at Andros Isle, My doctor had called in a script for Myrbetriq for URGENCY so I went to pick it up. They didnt have it till the following day so I went back the next day. Sophia was very helpful while being slammed with online sub orders. She kept a positive attitude and went out of her way to check if the bakery had the type of bread I wanted.
