My prescription was received Monday for metropol 50 mg. It’s a prescription I ran out of last week. This a common heart medication which should be in stock. They ordered it but it won’t be in till Thursday. Then they said they have enough to fill my prescription but I would have to wait 20 minutes. They could have filled my prescription, got that medication from another Publix pharmacy or at least called and let me know so I could make a decision to maybe go somewhere else. I came in a little bit early for lunch time I could tell they were just setting up. But Joey at the deli jumped right in there and made me a sub promptly and did it with a good attitude. I will be back to this locations Deli because of this experience

I just moved and this is now the closest Publix to my house. I attempted to transfer my meds from my current Publix pharmacy at Gateway Crossing in north St. Pete where I’ve always received VERY exceptional and personable service from the manager Jennifer, which has made such a difference throughout my breast cancer treatment the past few years. Pharmacist was so rude and condescending when I tried to pick up my prescription today. She couldn’t be bothered to help me at all. Clearly hates her job and doesn’t like working with people which is concerning when you’re in a helping profession.
