This place is horrible, staff are unprofessional. Got yelled at by the male pharmacist for what he thought I was getting too early, only to come back the next day and was given it with no problem. You can hear staff talking to other staff about how patients are harassing them (which I didn’t see), and in the drive through I was given someone else’s prescription complete with their address and phone number on i, total HIPPA violation. I absolutely dread coming here.
You feel like a 60 year old criminal when picking up any prescription. Someone needs to read the statues of dispensing meds & customer service or like Winn Dixie, get out of the business. Pharmacist is not an MD & should not decide if or if not a customer should receive a ned.
My husband and I love the pharmacy here. The staff is outstanding. They are always pleasant and work on getting our meds filled in a timely manner. Big thank you to all of you!
