Very bad exeprience today! I was looking for Safe Tussin, for Diabetes, Cant find it, i ask the clerk bebind the counter, i come out and tell me that i need to look the ingredients on the back, i say Not, the package say For Blood Pressure & Diabetes! , then he say: if you dont see it, we do not carry it. My answer was: you dont have a clue of what you are saying, a pharmacy that doesnt have Cold Syrup for a diabetic? I will post the picture of the one i got at CVS, Few minutes later.

I have dealt with both the pharmacist and multiple technicians at this Publix pharmacy on numerous occasions, and unfortunately every experience has been consistently negative. I hate to say this about a Publix, because shopping at Publix is usually a pleasure, but dealing with this pharmacy is a displeasure every single time. This place is horrible, staff are unprofessional. Got yelled at by the male pharmacist for what he thought I was getting too early, only to come back the next day and was given it with no problem. You can hear staff talking to other staff about how patients are harassing them (which I didn’t see), and in the drive through I was given someone else’s prescription complete with their address and phone number on i, total HIPPA violation. I absolutely dread coming here.
