This use to be my favorite store but your people have recently become rude and unhelpful. Your grocery people are nice and will ask if we need help. However, your FRONT END staff, which is the main customer experience with employees, are not as kind. On 9/7 around 1.30-1.40p your cashier (Kiran) wouldnt even attempt to help bag for this elderly man in front of me. This is not the Publix closest to my house but I keep this Publix as my pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are kind, helpful, and efficient. I appreciate them so much!
Best pharmacy ever had my prescriptions at CVS it was a nightmare same at Walgreens this pharmacy is with out a doubt the best
They always refill medication within a day. If you went to the doctor that day you will literally have it ready within 2 hours sometimes less than an hour. I’ve never waited 2 minutes or more in line. They are the most efficient pharmacy I’ve ever used. The staff are very professional. My insurance wants me to send my prescriptions to CVS but I love this pharmacy too much. I will pay extra so I don’t have to deal with awful CVS.
