Always helpful and polite .
Terrible customer service. I picked up a prescription from them and they did not correctly install the lid on the bottle. When I was putting it in my medicine cabinet the lid came off and the bottle fell in the sink spilling 34 capsules. I took a photo, collected every capsule and placed in a ziplock bag and brought it in to exchange the contaminated capsules for new ones. The pharmacist told me she had to contact her manager to exchange the medication. That was 5 days ago. I’ve now been in 3 times to try and talk to someone... read more
Lazy rude and nasty pharmacist KAYALANA . Useless assistant store manager. Yeah I left yelling. Couldn’t even call the insurance provider like they requested you do to give LIFE SAVING MEDICATION. Worst Publix ever.
