Brandon is the reason I will not give up on Publix Pharmacy, because after talking to him about my negative situation involving a supply issue with Lexapro, he guaranteed that a solution will be found to rectify what happened. Publix doesn’t make the pharmacy process easy and with their recent decline across stores I’ve been to in the area? The high prices are NO LONGER worth the poor service and lack of supply. Publix would be better off shuttering and letting somewhere like Kroger or Ingles take over.
