Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Had to have a prescription transferred here from my usual pharmacy because they didn’t carry it. The woman said she didn’t have it so I called my pharmacy and they sent it over. The woman said she got it and it would take several hours to fill. She was extremely rude to my grandmother who was picking it up. Never have I had to wait hours to fill a prescription. CVS in target will fill in 15 mins and so will Ball Ground Pharmacy. Pharmacist Bryan may well be the most patient and caring pharmacist we have ever seen. He and his staff are really adept at handling multiple customers and meeting their needs well. Well done from an old retired sailor!
Consistently rude, slow, snd unhelpful. Time and time again these people disappoint, time to switch.
Poor communications with customers and they don’t play well with the mobile app. Publix should stick to groceries. After all they close the pharmacy for lunch.
Michelle in the pharmacy department leaves incredibly rude messages if you don’t pick up your prescriptions on time. What Michelle fails to realize is Publix isn’t sending out the text messages telling us that the prescriptions are ready. She needs to take her attitude and shove it.
