This pharmacy is often disorganized and slow to fill prescriptions. I am self paying without insurance and use a discount card from good rx. I frequently get asked to come inside to use my discount card after waiting in the drive thru, only to wait in line once again inside the store. Ridiculous. I've given them my discount card information every time I check out and yet they're more than happy to waste my time at every single medication pickup
Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to!!!! The staff are always smiling and are always willing to help in anyways possible! Switched my whole family over to them and we’re here to stay 🩷
Unprofessional pharmacists at times, other times the orders are scheduled to be ready and are not once you arrive (via drive thru). I’d say 90% of the folks helping at the Publix pharmacy drive thru appear they despise their role at the company and are very unhappy with their lives and it shows through the lackluster customer service. Do better.
Nasty, rude female pharmacists. Truly obnoxious.
