I had a very disappointing experience at the pharmacy drive-thru. There were seven cars in line, yet the employee, the person in the window, seemed more interested in chatting with a coworker than helping customers. When I pulled up, she was carrying on a conversation and didn’t acknowledge me right away. Sat in line for 25 minutes waiting for a prescription called in 3 days ago and they hadn't filled it yet. Asked to wait 20 more minutes. Why did I get a call saying it was ready? Publix you need to do better!! Just had surgery and I'm not feeling my best. Certainly not hanging out in the parking lot! Shame on you!
Only pharmacy I’ll use since Milner Rushing went out of business. The staff is always willing to help if I’ve a question and are considerate. The one star reviews are not relevant to the experience I’ve had for years with this pharmacy. They’ve always been really nice and reliable. I refuse to use Walgreens as I worked for them for a year and saw how terrible it was with the run around, and Walmart is nice but I am usually not able to run inside, so Publix drive thru helps me so much.
Always take care of the customer
This is the rudest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The pharmacist was so demeaning and condescending. I couldn’t pick up my entire prescription and he made sure to announce loudly “ can you not afford it?” I was mortified. This is not how you treat customers.
