Terrible. Every time I come it gets worse. Wrong prescription, wrong dosage, constant back and forth having to call my insurance and doctor to verify the same information that was given the month before. A simple refill turns into a 30 min wait.
Professional and timely
Something has changed. This used to be my best pharmacy like. I have been having the worst experiences now. I will be changing soon! Monica was awfully rude.
Publix pharmacy used to be good. Now, they are taking a week to fill a prescription. If you call, nobody answers the phone. They got my daughter prescription wrong twice.
I have a lot of prescriptions. More often than not I get partial fills. So, I have to go to the pharmacy at least once a week (even for my 90 day meds). I don’t understand why they never ever have enough medicine to fill prescriptions all the way. It’s very frustrating.
