Excellent CS and the Pharmacist is never to busy to answer my questions. My meds are filled on time. The only change I would like to see is with your pharmacy app for phones. I would like to be able to see the date for refills and the quantity of meds (number of pills, tablets, , etc…)
These guys suck. I’ve had so many problems with them. They do not communicate at all and make it so frustrating. I’m sure I’m not the only person who is busy and can’t make multiple trips to their pharmacy for a prescription. It has taken THEEE trips to get one prescription filled.
I used the app to refill a prescription. I notice the next day it shows it is still in process. I call the store because I make a special trip specifically for my prescriptions. The person who answered said my prescription could not be filled until Saturday. I get on the app Saturday and it still show in process . I call again and the tell me I can’t get it until Sunday. I usually really like Publix pharmacy but this place has been dropping the ball lately. Ahead of the winter storm I called to make sure my prescriptions would be ready by the time I got to Publix. On the phone I was told that they would be ready at 4:30, I got there at 6:30 and was told I needed to wait another 30 minutes. Me and my child go back to the car to wait, when we go back in I'm told I have to wait just a few more minutes. By this point I can't wait any longer because I have to pick up my husband from work.
