Pésimo servicio engañan a las personas cuando fijan una hora para entregar los medicamentos, en dos ocaciones

This is the only pharmacy I’ve used that consistently takes days to fill prescriptions. One time my psychiatrist sent in a refill for my antipsychotic that I was completely out of. They didn’t even order it for 2 days, and lord knows how long it would have been if my psychiatrist hadn’t called and yelled at them. They also consistently close early. I’ve gone 15-20 minutes before closing before and it was locked up and everyone was gone.
Extremely disappointed with the pharmacy staff at this Publix. A staff member named Lizzy refused to process my savings card and told me to contact my provider after 5 PM, knowing that offices are closed. When my ARNP offered to give a verbal authorization, Lizzy refused to accept it and insisted the provider call the pharmacy which went straight to voicemail, exactly as expected.
