This is the only pharmacy I’ve used that consistently takes days to fill prescriptions. One time my psychiatrist sent in a refill for my antipsychotic that I was completely out of. They didn’t even order it for 2 days, and lord knows how long it would have been if my psychiatrist hadn’t called and yelled at them. They also consistently close early. I’ve gone 15-20 minutes before closing before and it was locked up and everyone was gone.

Extremely disappointed with the pharmacy staff at this Publix. A staff member named Lizzy refused to process my savings card and told me to contact my provider after 5 PM, knowing that offices are closed. When my ARNP offered to give a verbal authorization, Lizzy refused to accept it and insisted the provider call the pharmacy which went straight to voicemail, exactly as expected. Worst daily experience I have ever had trying to simply get a sub without the ingredients on the bread because I had a distance to travel and I didn’t want the bread to become soggy. They couldn’t sell it to me like that. They wanted to sell me a salad and wanted me to pay, separate for the meat . Crazy
