Incompetent- order a refill of an extremely common drug, system says it'll be ready next day - 4 days later it wasnt and isn't even in stock. Why lie and say tomorrow when you know it'll be a week? People have medications they are not supposed to stop taking, you have just created the situation where I will be stopping medication because you lied to me to keep my business when I could have gone anywhere else and gotten it filled that day. I go to alot of Publix around how can you not. But this one especially is very convenient being open late and the workers are amazing. I was helped today by Stephanie Bethell. Definitely future management you guys should make note. Very professional and outgoing.
Awesome staff that is always pleasant and knowledgeable.
Very slow uncaring workers. Jeff Hermann, will fill certain meds but not others due to not liking the doctor but will give you valium and percocet. They stand around acting like they're busy but are getting nothing done, very poor managed pharmacy, they need a new manager.
