This is my neighborhood Publix, and I’ve never had an issue until recently. Unfortunately, the service in the Deli Department has gone downhill, and it’s becoming a concern—not just for me, but for other customers who have also started to complain. This morning, I was told the chicken would be ready at 10:00 AM. I originally came in around 8:00 AM, so I returned at the time they told me. Love Lauren, Lisa, and the rest of the pharmacy staff. They treat us like family We've been using Publix for almost 30 yrs and won't go anywhere else for our family's pharmacy needs.
They just want to argue with you on the phone. They don't listen. Time wasters.
