Love Lauren, Lisa, and the rest of the pharmacy staff. They treat us like family We've been using Publix for almost 30 yrs and won't go anywhere else for our family's pharmacy needs.
They just want to argue with you on the phone. They don't listen. Time wasters.
Terrible customer service. Staff never notices anything. Waiting for baskets to be put out? No one will notice. Waiting for an online sub order that was supposed to be ready 15m ago? No one will notice. Would only recommend if you were starving and needed food to stay alive.
I have terminal cancer, and after my treatment yesterday I stopped to pick up my elderly father's prescriptions. I have a little chemo brain and couldn't remember if my father was born in 44 or 45. I had all his other info, but Francesca still made me go out to the car ( while fighting back the vomit) to get the correct date. Maybe this is something they have to do, but really?
