The Publix pharmacist Caitlin is racist and flag African Americans prescriptions because she doesn’t feel comfortable filling their medications. Was told to transfer all my prescription to Publix in order for her to make the decision to approve my prescriptions. Then I was told to get better insurance like the other customers from the GM named Robert.
If I could give a negative that’s what this pharmacy would get! By far the worst ever…a patient would either die or end up back at urgent care or the ER before getting medication from here! Staff is rude also…
Always have to wait days and days to get medicine. Lines is forever long.
Do better Publix! The pharmacist is so rude. No matter what, she always looks mean and is always RUDE customer service sucks...pretty bad when publix has bad customer service
