I wish I could give them zero stars! Plantation Square Publix pharmacy has the worst pharmacy customer service ever! They are rude and behave like you're bothering them to do their job. I called and the tech who answered the phone was so unbothered by my concerns about my RX for my headaches. My doctors' office refuses to call them because the pharmacist was rude on the phone and hung up on the nurse. Now I have to transfer all my prescriptions to Walgreens. The Publix pharmacist Caitlin is racist and flag African Americans prescriptions because she doesn’t feel comfortable filling their medications. Was told to transfer all my prescription to Publix in order for her to make the decision to approve my prescriptions. Then I was told to get better insurance like the other customers from the GM named Robert.
If I could give a negative that’s what this pharmacy would get! By far the worst ever…a patient would either die or end up back at urgent care or the ER before getting medication from here! Staff is rude also…
Always have to wait days and days to get medicine. Lines is forever long.
