Terrible. Been waiting on my meds for over a month because they told me it was on back order. Figure my surprise when the cheery voice on the phone said that they stopped carrying it all together. When I asked why I never got a heads up about this? She offered to call my doctor or said I was welcome to find another pharmacy. Which i will gladly be doing. Obviously I cant trust them to call my doctor if they couldn't even be honest with me about the "back order"

I came in to drop a prescription for the first time I was not welcomed or even acknowledged the script was snatched away from me by Lauren and taken strictly to the pharmacist. Made me feel like I was doing something inappropriate she was rude and condescending! I asked her should I take this to a different pharmacy I was told sure go ahead. Very inappropriate behavior! I left without filling my medication Do better Publix!
Rude and unprofessional. Tech (indian lady) made me search for my rx card even though I told her it was in the system and I used it there before. She insisted I paid out of pocket last time - tried to explian why due to issue with prescription and she wouldn't hear it. Also said she couldn't take my phone to read card but would look at a physical copy. Wasted 10 minutes of my time and had to get out of line. Wouldn't listen to anything I said. Next tech when I came back pulled it up without issue. Trash human.
This location never answers their phone! The lines are extremely long to pick up or drop off scripts, I would rather drive 30 minutes to another pharmacy than go here any longer since they refuse to pick up the phone. When I go to the pharmacy on Sunday to pick up my prescriptions, I let them know that they never answer their phone and insist that they do, but I have been calling them every day for a week and have yet to reach anyone.
