Chris was a great help getting a script transferred to Publix for me. When I stopped in to pick it up all the employees were so nice!
Hendersonville native here, since moving to Asheville 2 years ago - I’ve tried many pharmacies in the area that have been so poor. Literal dog water. Yet time and time again, Publix pharmacy has always pulled through! 🙏🏼 shoutout to Eddie for consistently being super helpful, supportive, and friendly! Other staff have been consistently great too. 10/10
So I've been coming to this Pharmacy since 2021. The last year I've been having to call and get them to look up my prescription and ask when the prescription will be ready. If I don't call and ask my prescription doesn't get filled! That happened back in December for one to be specific! That was even after i handed the prescription to the pharmacist! Very disappointed with here. My son was given amoxicillin liquid. It was 10 days of 5 ml morning and night. I never gave him any more than 5 ml It was very cautious about that. I never spilled any. The last day in the morning I could only get 4 ml out in the morning. I could not get an extra milliliter and I still needed to get another five that night.
