Endless hold times. Need to go back 2 or 3 times in person before prescriptions are ready. Chronic understaffing has health consequences for people who need medication in a timely manner!
I changed insurance coverage and one of my prescriptions increased from $30 to $250. Unprompted, Chantel noticed this and started working to find a solution. She patiently checked for a way to decrease the cost and found the manufacturer's website where she was able to find a coupon to bring the cost down to $99. I am very thankful she took the time to help me and did it all with a smile on her face. Thanks Chantel!
