Do not get your prescriptions filled here. They are the most expensive place in Wilmington. I had a perscription filled there yesterday for a heart medication. It was 340.00. I found out today I could save money by having it filled at New Hanover pharmacy. So just to check it out I called New Hanover Pharmacy and the cost there is $45.00. Wish I had not called. I just threw 300.00 out of the car window(might as well have) to me that is criminal. Beware Publix Pharmacy..........

Love being judged and looked at every single time I get my Rx from this Publix, Caroline a tech who’s been at Publix since 2022 has literally laughed after making eye contact with me when she sees me walking across the store multiple times. I deal with customers I don’t like all the time at work and I try my best to treat everyone the same. Her body language is always disgusted with me, as someone with diagnosed GAD and panic disorder, I absolutely hate going to this pharmacy because of her, her body language and interaction... read more
