I was the 1,000 customer when Publix opened its doors. The food, quality merchandise, customers service and have never varied from that opening day. I always refer to Publix on Perimeter as, “My Store”. I love the store, the cleanliness, the people and the quality. It’s the best. Thank you.
Had a prescription sent there. Two days later I went to pick it up. Not ready. REALLY!! The associates are standing around and pharmacist on her cell phone. No wonder it wasn't ready. Terrible customer service and don't try to call them no one ever picks up the phone.
Just a piece of advice, if you're gonna talk shit, maybe don't do it when there is a window and the customer can read lips.
