My biggest pet peeve is poor customer service. It’s one thing to tell a customer you don’t have a prescription medication in stock or can’t get it in… but then to tell the customer to call around themselves to find another pharmacy? What exactly is the point of your pharmacy staff then? Last time I checked, I don’t work there. If YOU are the one saying you can’t get it, wouldn’t it make more sense for the pharmacy to help locate it? Dropped a prescription for two medications. When a family member picked them up they were told there was only one. This pharmacy took it into their own hands without contacting me to bypass the Dr’s orders because one was “too expensive to fill”. It was $200. Last time I checked their job is to fill and receive payment. Not make medical decisions for me. Not one call, not one text from them. Highly don’t recommend.
I picked up my prescription drive through today and Thomas was the cashier. He was very nice and had amazing customer service, he definitely made my day better.
Waste of time, go somewhere else if you can afford it.
