This Pharmacy is well staffed, friendly and ALWAYS answers the phone. I can't say enough as to how pleasant the staff is and obviously well managed. It was a like a breath of fresh air to switch here after dealing with all the debaucles of Walgreens and other pharmacies. I have been using this Pharmacy for over a year now with zero issues.
Great service
Pharmacy is great, but it seems like every time I call, the lady answering the phone is rude and acts like I’m wasting her time. I never have this experience in store though, so maybe just be a bit more polite on the phone.
Been burned 3 times by pharmacy staff and their antiquated technologies that it's time to change pharmacy. Get a text form them? Likely wrong and their explanation is "it's an automated system". Well...fix it! For goodness sake, hire a 17 year old to write you up to date code so that the text are accurate and up to date! Oh...and I loved their explanation...."we sent your doctor a "fax" and waiting for a response. A FAX? I haven't seen a fax machine in 20 years. What next....carrier pigeon?
