Excellent Pharmacy. I’ve always been happy with their service.
Just went to pick up meds that I refilled online Sunday to pick up after 9am on Tues. Only to be told I would have to wait 45 minutes to be filled. What's the point of having online refill? Publix you need to do better. You just lost a customer of over 20 years. Good bye
Horrible service. Came here after a dental surgery. Was told 30 mins. I Came back in 45 and they said “oh, we got stuck due to not having your insurance card.” - even though I’ve been here multiple times, they took my number during drop off and I was in the store the entire time. Not one phone call, no text, no communication until I returned, then had to wait in pain an additional 30 mins.
Need to learn to follow instructions requested by customer. They’ve lost my business.
Update 10/3-24. Thankfully my PDP next year gives me a better option. Prescriptions are never ready in a reasonable time and often until next day. Ridiculous! Consistently BAD service! 2023-Diagnosed with pneumonia on Sunday. My neighborhood Publix pharmacy where we always shop was CLOSED! Very bad service!
