Pawleys Publix Pharmacy staff are the BEST and work hard! But they need support so they can open up their second register. I stay with Publix because of the staff… but waiting in line longer than it takes to check out at the regular register, sometimes 20+ minutes … they need help getting that second register open so they aren’t overwhelmed.
Publix Pharmacy employees deliver outstanding customer service and are attentive to needs, concerns, and questions. I tried other pharmacies first, which were all epic fails: didn't receive my refill request, couldn't get my insurance to work, were out of stock for the medication I needed, etc.. Publix is the way to go. They have always been prepared and courteous.
First and last time filling a script there. They gave me someone else’s prescriptions. Thank goodness I read my bottles before taking. They should really be more careful. I would not feel comfortable getting a script somewhere that makes an error like that.
The store is well stocked .Folks working are always helpful, pleasant. & polite. They offer to take your groceries to your car anytime you. need help. Every trip I take to shop is just one more pleasant experience in my day, Thank you
The absolute worst support staff I have ever encountered in any business anywhere! The pharmacist has always been kind but he really needs some professional staff to help him - its really sad! Stay away from this pharmacy! The females that work here are lazy and rude!
