If any thinks that making any1 leave a sandwich at customer service after it has been paid for with a receipt on my phone, Brooke ask me to ask the person (who is my spouse that paid for my online order) took my sandwich and said it would be cheaper to cancel the order and pay for it then??? Adam on the other hand walked and grabbed my paid for already sandwich and handed it to me. For that I will be going back. Am old fashioned and like to be treated equally. Plus I put in work in the ROADWAYS ALL THRU FL. Love u Publix.

I have been a customer of Publix and Publix Pharmacy for many years and always have been treated very well by the pharmacy staff. Today, I was the first customer at the pharmacy, I was there to pick up a medication, there was a young woman with the name of Neha (on her badge) who told me that I had three medications. I noticed that there was an attitude going on, but I moved on. When I asked her about the other two medications, she had to ask someone else.
