Unfortunately, this is like the one 100th time I've had a problem with this pharmacy. The latest incident is they've had my medication for about a month and a 1/2, but for some reason they kept saying the dr never called it in. Ive been trying to pick it up, they kept saying that it was never sent in. Thank God today somebody actually wanted to work. Always great customer service, get scripts fast.no waiting on hold forever when calling, glad I made the change from cvs.
I do not know what the hell is going on with Publix. But lately the Pharmacy department sucks. Every time I go to pick up my medication is always a problem. They send text that meds is ready when you go there is something else. I am done with there poor service. They got to do better.
If any thinks that making any1 leave a sandwich at customer service after it has been paid for with a receipt on my phone, Brooke ask me to ask the person (who is my spouse that paid for my online order) took my sandwich and said it would be cheaper to cancel the order and pay for it then??? Adam on the other hand walked and grabbed my paid for already sandwich and handed it to me. For that I will be going back. Am old fashioned and like to be treated equally. Plus I put in work in the ROADWAYS ALL THRU FL. Love u Publix.
