Pharmacy is really slow. They’ll say your meds are ready, and it’ll still take you 30 minutes to receive them
They always have my medication ready and it always running smoothly
The white lady working the "pickup" area at the pharmacy today, was very rude. I will never go back to this Publix again. She was trying to send me to the end of a line when I was the 1st person to even start the line then had a nasty look on her face. I'm calling cooperate!
In my opinion I would give this public pharmacy a 0 you always have to call just for them to work on your medicine rather than them working on it. My doctor will send a prescription in the morning but by the time I pick it up in the afternoon they want to work on it. Also staff is horrible just had surgery and couldn’t walk properly had me go to my car to pick up my ID even though before I’ve pick up medication without one. I just had the most pleasant interaction at the register with Tracie and Danikah (I hope I spelled their names right) but they were both in such a good mood I literally said, wow, y'all seem like y'all really like working here.🤔 And they both immediately said, we do! Walmart employees could NEVERRRRR. That type of energy is rare in any workplace but it was felt and it was appreciated. Publix must be doing something right to have employees that are truly happy and not just wearing fake smiles. Please keep up the good work!
