The new pharmacist is messing with ppl care plan. My dr prescribed medicine that I have been getting together for over 10 yrs. I went to refill and he would not refill it saying it was the same as my other medication. It is not. I have always received both of them together. He needs to go. They have been “filling” my prescriptions for a week almost and since they are “in progress”, I can’t even transfer them to another pharmacy to be filled. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and I’m a healthcare worker myself. This Publix would be better off shutting down the pharmacy altogether. Their employees are useless.
This pharmacy never, ever picks up the phone , and when they do , they hang up on you. I constantly find myself going up there 2-3 times every week because my meds aren't ready. I called centown public's twice today and twice , they picked up the phone within the second ring. I'm transferring my meds over there, even though they're much further away
I haven't really experienced any rudeness, but prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner. It does not matter when I call or how much notice I give. I can call a week prior, they will tell me it will be ready by a specific day and time and even if I go the day after, I always have to wait for it to be filled. I have never once had the prescription actually ready at pickup. Frequently they cannot find my prescriptions even when it is one I have had filled there prior. Multiple times I have placed a prescription in and it spends days in processing status and I would have to call to get it filled. This has been happening for years at this point and numerous times. This is ridiculous and they seem to not even care.
