Staff are very rude for no reason. I know some days are hard in any workplace but if you have to treat customers poorly because of bad days you’re in the wrong field.
The Publix pharmacies up in North Georgia are fabulous. This specfic location is unorganized and extremely slooooooow!! The phone continuously rings (no one answers), the pharmacist(Unhelpful)/pharm techs(rude). It's just long lines and long waits, every single time. I asked my husband to please relocate us back to North Georgia. The South Fulton experience with any customer service has been; just terrible here. Why is everyone so rude or mad.🤷♀️
This pharmacy is ridiculously SLOW. I had a prescription sent over on a Tuesday and hadn’t heard anything. I checked on it that Thursday and they said they were out and needed to order. I’m wondering at what point you checked your que and tried to contact me and let me know? Fast forward to Monday, and I still haven’t heard anything. Everytime I come, the line is crazy long and crazy slow. That’s not the biggest issue, because it happens. My issue is the length of time having to wait on a prescription that I need. The staff are nice however they keep the ringer off on the telephone and you can be calling them standing there amd they won't answer the phone. I've address this multiple times even with the store manger and it still won't change. Instead of people having to come order a refill and wait 45 minutes to a hour it could be ready if it was done over the phone. Next time I will have video to post there actions. I love this pharmacy and everyone that works there! Lance is a great pharmacist. Keep in mind if you use this pharmacy they are EXTREMELY busy ALL the time so don't expect immediate refill time.
