I was forced to buy pain patches to get meds need to walk. I am 81 with many illnesses, breast cancer among degenerative spine and fibromyalgia. He informed me. He had to give it to me, bc the doctor made a mistake, I requested very plain I had 2 extra boxes and did not need any more at this time. It felt wrong for manager to treat a client in this manner. It is wrong to have to pay $30.00 in stead of very little for other medicine.
I had a wonderful experience at this grocery store/pharmacy today, and I just had to share it! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. I stopped by the pharmacy to pick up my medication, and the pharmacist kindly let me know that I actually had a few more prescriptions still processing, something I wasn’t aware of. Today I had a question for the pharmacist on duty and before I could get my question out good she abruptly stated " I don't diagnose. " Well duh I know that, I was just seeking advice on if I was having an allergic reaction or not. I've never had a pharmacist refuse to advise me before. I'll definitely be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere moving forward.
Yeah, I left one Publix location and went to the other pharmacy to get better results because I didn’t like the pharmacist attitude And they moved him to the new store so I’m back to Square one.
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, including the ones in which Ive worked. They could truly care less about you as a person. Technicians with unwarranted attitude, will lie right to your face. Pharmacists are apathetic toward you and actually encourage rude treatment because they are bigoted. If you are a member of any marginalized community you are absolutely unwelcome there.
