Terrible customer service. It’s started with a woman asking me if I was dropping off, I said yes, and her reply was, “Lowell let me get that.”They wanted $72 dollars for a 30 day script that costs $20. When I asked for an explanation they said they didn’t have a contract with my provider. I have anthem. The lady at the counter then proceeded to tell me she was using the price for United healthcare. Publix is usually the best retailer of the world and as a previous customer service Publix staff I am highly disappointed with the pharmacy manger, David Scott. This is the second time I have gotten an attitude from him which is really strange and out of Publix premiere customer service that usually occurs. I was filling a second prescription for my husband who just got out of the hospital and because there were 2 separate prescriptions by the doctor he decided to not fill any of them at all which is not only against the pol... read more
I've been filling prescriptions here for years and have received fast, kind service the whole time. The team is always helpful. Highly recommend.
I was forced to buy pain patches to get meds need to walk. I am 81 with many illnesses, breast cancer among degenerative spine and fibromyalgia. He informed me. He had to give it to me, bc the doctor made a mistake, I requested very plain I had 2 extra boxes and did not need any more at this time. It felt wrong for manager to treat a client in this manner. It is wrong to have to pay $30.00 in stead of very little for other medicine.
