I have been her before at 7 and not had a problem picking up my prescriptions until tonight. The girl told me that their system shuts down at closing. I know this to be false, as I have even been in line at the pickup window at 6:58pm with 2 other cars in the line ahead of me and still got them at around 7:15 - 7:20pm on a Saturday. It is horrible customer service to blaintly lie to your customer just because you want to close early. Pharmacist think they are doctors and will decline a prescription for the chip’s on their shoulders.
I pulled up to pick my curbside grocery order at 6:15 and did not realize that the store closed at 6:00 ( who I did not get his name ) ran out with my order of dog food. My fur babies and I thank you for chasing us down and making sure we got out order, the day before a hurricane!
I use to get my prescriptions filled at the Publix Pharmacy on 17th Street, Church Hill Square, but after going to the Publix Pharmacy on Maricamp, Park View Commons I will not go back to the Church Hill Square. Maricamp has far superior customer service.
As shared in other reviews, recently this pharmacy has completely dropped the ball on my family's prescriptions. I have used this pharmacy for years and as of late they just can't get it right. Never have the prescriptions ready on time, always say they didn't get it when the doc says yes they did, and now they have millennial staff working there who are pretentious and self-righteous and down right lazy.
