Been doing business with this publix for 3 years never had a problem! Great work guys!!
Just a terrible experience overall doesn’t matter what you’re there for. Publix pharmacy system is completely broken and has been for years now. They are just a profit machine these days and could care less about you. Make you wait hours for your prescription to be filled when it should’ve been done days prior. I’ll just keep leaving terrible reviews every time I visit due to their terrible processes.
I have been her before at 7 and not had a problem picking up my prescriptions until tonight. The girl told me that their system shuts down at closing. I know this to be false, as I have even been in line at the pickup window at 6:58pm with 2 other cars in the line ahead of me and still got them at around 7:15 - 7:20pm on a Saturday. It is horrible customer service to blaintly lie to your customer just because you want to close early.
