Just a terrible experience overall doesn’t matter what you’re there for. Publix pharmacy system is completely broken and has been for years now. They are just a profit machine these days and could care less about you. Make you wait hours for your prescription to be filled when it should’ve been done days prior. I’ll just keep leaving terrible reviews every time I visit due to their terrible processes.
I have been her before at 7 and not had a problem picking up my prescriptions until tonight. The girl told me that their system shuts down at closing. I know this to be false, as I have even been in line at the pickup window at 6:58pm with 2 other cars in the line ahead of me and still got them at around 7:15 - 7:20pm on a Saturday. Pharmacist think they are doctors and will decline a prescription for the chip’s on their shoulders.
I pulled up to pick my curbside grocery order at 6:15 and did not realize that the store closed at 6:00 ( who I did not get his name ) ran out with my order of dog food. My fur babies and I thank you for chasing us down and making sure we got out order, the day before a hurricane!
I use to get my prescriptions filled at the Publix Pharmacy on 17th Street, Church Hill Square, but after going to the Publix Pharmacy on Maricamp, Park View Commons I will not go back to the Church Hill Square. Maricamp has far superior customer service.
