I have tried and tried to get a simple refill on time but it just can't happen. I've call it in. I've used the app. I've had the Dr's office call. These are all separate occurrences. There is a different excuse EVERYTIME its not filled. Things like "it's still in production come back in 20 min". (For days, REALLY). Once I had a pick up at 5pm I show up at 530pm. Called at 4pm and was told both prescriptions would be ready at 6pm. At 6:45 only 1 was ready. I had to wait 20 minutes for the other one. When it was ready the lady wouldn't check me out at the 2nd register which would have taken about one minute she get at the end of the line after I had been waiting 20 minutes. The service here has gone from good to bad to worse.

I just spoke with a lady in pharmacy and talk about rude. When our conversation ended she just hung the phone up. No bye, thank you, nothing. She must have a degree because her personality surely wasn’t a qualification.

Slow. Give misinformation about pickup time. They are obviously too busy and I will help in my small way by going elsewhere.
