It used to be very efficient...now, they take 3-4 days to fill...even my heart meds. When I call, they tell me a time it will be done and I learned to call and check...told it will be done in 15 minutes. Not reliable and unacceptable in the business of supplying meds.

My prescriptions are consistently incorrect and excessively delayed. The staff are incredibly rude and generally unresponsive. It has been this way for months and isn’t just a one off thing.
Two-week wait on six prescriptions not requiring doctor authorization was the last straw. “Incompetent” would be a complement for this level of performance. My family has struggled with similar issues from Publix Pharmacy in Enterprise, Alabama for around six months now. 10 minutes on hold. Then 8 more a 2nd time for 8 more. For a common script that was supposed to be ready at 5. Nop. I see why all the 5 one * reviews now. Called again an hour later, on hold another 10 minutes listening to horrible music and no answer. Thanksgiving tomorrow. No sleeping meds on a new script they've had since 3pm. So 2 more days.with no meds. Thanks Publix
