DO NOT BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE TO BE FILLED. They've taken over 3 days to fill a simple antibiotic that is in stock, useless now that the sickness has passed. They've taken over a week on another medication that was in stock, and anytime you call about it they are extremely rude and say that they have other more pressing prescriptions to fill. The absolute worst Publix pharmacy to use. I’d recommend using Walgreens or CVS or maybe a local pharmacy before you use them. Rude, slow and so nonchalant about their customers
Everytime I have to get a prescription filled, whether for myself or my daughters it is never ready when it’s supposed to be. The employees lie about when it will actually be ready, and then I spend most my evening just sitting and waiting for unnecessary long periods of time until the employees decide they will do their job. Including the pharmacist who I’ve just watched stand in the same spot for 30 mins actually like she was doing work (I could see the computer screen though).
Thankful for my advisement today and appreciated the interaction between the pharmacist and her pharmacy tech. Thank you for my experience today.
I have used the pharmacy at the Perry Kroger for six years and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
