Horrible at their jobs you have to call and remind them about their voicemails and prescriptions or it won’t be ready super lazy employs don’t care how long you wait it doesn’t affect them

Service at this location is very weak at best with little or no accountability. At times one wonders if competence is an issue. e.g. I made a purchase request at about 10a. At 5pm it had still not been filled... yesterday.

Thru the years I've accepted incompetence from this pharmacy which includes giving me the wrong prescription once, giving me someone else's prescription another time. Most recently I called all day only to have them hang up every time I was put on hold. They did it again today but I was persistent and called back 15 times in a row until they would pick up. Then they had the audacity to tell me the prescription I needed badly expired yesterday. The day when they wouldn't answer my call!!! This was a Saturday, told me I'd have... read more

A friend of mine ordered a gender reveal cake for me because they knew the gender and I didn’t not. She gave the baker clear instructions on how the cake should look (nothing too over the top). She even spoke over to phone with said baker to confirm the design. Today was my birthday dinner / gender reveal and it was basically ruined. Not only did the cake start to melt 25 mins into my drive BUT they LABELD the cake with the gender. Yup an obvious pink dot on the box in plain view.
