Several years ago this used to be a great pharmacy. Now every person I encounter behind the pharmacy is super rude! (Especially the younger girl with dark hair… ughh…) they have the worst attitudes and god forbid you have a question. I have called and spoke to the pharmacy manager and nothing ever changes. When you call they put you on hold forever and then end up hanging up on you. So much for “customer service”.

I just had the most horrible experience. Publix gives everyone cake on their birthday. My daughter went up on her birthday nervous about asking for a cake, and the Publix app wasn't working. The manager started lecturing my daughter that they won't give her the cake if their app is not working. I was so shocked. I told the manager that I will not shop here any more, and she was fine with that. She was actually raining her voice at me like I'm trying to steal a $5 cake. I do not recommend talking to Katelyn at the pharmacy. She makes it a negative experience on the phone and also in person. She was too short-tempered when I asked simple questions that just needed clarification. Highly do not recommend going there and would rather transfer my medication elsewhere.
Disheartening - This is second time I've had a Rx being 'central filled ' but there's no notice to the customer to see if a 5 day wait works. I get doing something like this if a maintenance medication and still filled ahead of running out but I had two medications sent by doctor for pain on Monday - new prescriptions.
