Nothing worth saving here. This place is run by judgemental window lickers who literally told me that they needed 90 minutes to put 20 pills into a bottle with a sticker on it...and that's with no other customers ahead of me at store opening. All excuses, no drive or determination. The smart mouth technician needs a job unloading trucks away from customers. This place symbolizes everything that's gone downhill in the medical field over the past 20 years.
Very rude personnel, they were even talking to each other pretty harshly, not only the customers in the line. There’s no reason to be upset at everyone for a job you chose to do. The shorter brunette girls was upset that I was late picking up my Prescription and told me I would have to wait a few hours which is no problem but why be rude.
Several years ago this used to be a great pharmacy. Now every person I encounter behind the pharmacy is super rude! (Especially the younger girl with dark hair… ughh…) they have the worst attitudes and god forbid you have a question. I have called and spoke to the pharmacy manager and nothing ever changes. When you call they put you on hold forever and then end up hanging up on you. So much for “customer service”.

I just had the most horrible experience. Publix gives everyone cake on their birthday. My daughter went up on her birthday nervous about asking for a cake, and the Publix app wasn't working. The manager started lecturing my daughter that they won't give her the cake if their app is not working. I was so shocked. I told the manager that I will not shop here any more, and she was fine with that. She was actually raining her voice at me like I'm trying to steal a $5 cake.
