This specific Publix pharmacy is awful. I gave them several chances over several years and several different prescriptions before I finally had enough and transferred my scripts to Walgreens. This Publix pharmacy staff does not notify you when there are problems filling your scripts. The staff does not contact you when there are issues related to insurance, or if they have issues reaching your doctor. They are slow to fill scripts. Worst management and staff. Service is terrible at this location and when I brought my issue to management's attention I felt very dismissed. I literally live right behind this location and now will be going across 436 to the other. You and your employees need to do better ! Garbage people that you have running this store. Everyone I know goes to Publix for the customer service, definitely not the prices, well the customer service here sucks, especially the ramen and poke bowl stand, the Dude with Glasses is slow, and it's Everytime, the pharmacy is slow, I shouldn't have to wait 20 min to get my meds after I get a text saying it's ready.
