Store is great. Pharmacy drive thru is trash. 20-30 mins of waiting. It has been this way for 5 yrs. If you get out and go in, which isn’t always feasible for some, it takes a few mins. The drive through and older person working it is 100% the problem.
Unfortunately, the pharmacy staff has consistently struggled to verify the information regarding the dispension of RX medications. We have had 3 instances of a family member's medication be incorrectly distributed. Today, a completely different person's medication and label were distributed to my family member. The entire pharmacy staff is in violation of HIPAA standards. God forbid that anyone chooses to use this pharmacy. Find another place. 11 24th
Never had i ever had so much problems getting my scripts or refills as this year . I will change after many years with cvs . They're much higher on meds than anyone else . Both locations Jacksonville an Anniston
Everyone I have interacted with at this pharmacy, whether calling in the evening or in the morning, has been very helpful. They have managed their stress well, and yet they are firm about what they are and are not able to do legally. I don’t know if some other customers realize the regulations involved with handling SO. MANY. MEDICINES (I don’t know all, I have never worked in a pharmacy, but between HIPAA and government iykyk).
