Did the prepay, went to pickup prescription, said I did not prepay, had to pay a second time for a prescription. Sure do not care even when I showed them confirmation number. Total useless system!! What a joke and this is supposed to be an updated pharmacy???

The Latitudes Publix pharmacy across the street from my house refused to take me, I’ve been a Publix Pharmacy client forever, they were super rude! I called Ormond and they were so nice and welcoming … so I drive all the way to Ormond to get my family’s meds…
Been trusting them for decades!! They ALWAYS go above & beyond with a smile... LOVE the pharmacy team!!!
