Rude, rude, rude! Had enough time to talk to a dude and tell him how much she was gonna help him in the future, but was very brash and rude with me. Went as far as slamming my prescription down on the counter as opposed to handing them to me. 10/10 do not recommend. I’m so sorry this is the only pharmacy that I have available.
I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile by David Ramos and his A-Team. They know me by name and ALWAYS make me feel like a valued customer. They were so welcoming when I was getting established in Ormond by the Sea. I really enjoy my Publix, but I absolutely love my Publix Pharmacy!
I’ve been using this Pharmacy, since I moved here 8 years ago. They are on top of things . They care about you the customer. Studying the medical field I’ve come to believe I know a little about a little I’m happy the stay current with each persons profile There been instances I never thought would interact with other. Pick up meds never called and told a shortage but checked and med was not on shortage list they still never fill or called House says the other day picking up prescriptions I seen a person put their dog on top of the counter and the pharmacies didn’t say a word. SERVICE dogs don’t belong on top of the counter. It was just Chihuahua. I got so bad that was an older gentleman, and she did wipe the counter Clorox, but apparently they allow us quite often
