After my insurance denying my prescriptions, the copay came back incredibly high. When I went to pick it up, Kandis helped me find a generic solution, for less than 1/4 the price. She took her time finding a coupon for the other prescription, getting the price down over 50% the original cost. She truly was compassionate & went above and beyond what she could have done. I used to get all my medications filled here until Sal left. Everyone is very friendly until there’s an issue, or an inconvenience for them . If you aren’t just getting a routine allergy medication I do not recommend this pharmacy. Verify the charged amount is correct. If it is not be prepared to be spoken to like you are the moron & inconvenienced them to have to correct it. They are so helpful & friendly - it’s wonderful to have this pharmacy & staff.
Publix Pharmacy in Ogden is my favorite. They answer questions and most importantly they answer the phone!! They are extremely helpful and no long waits!!
Andrew is great! All the staff here are always so pleasant and helpful and efficient! Never make you feel rushed or silly if you have questions about a new medication, thanks to the staff!
