I am a long time customer of Publix. I had an emergency situation yesterday and needed to quickly pick up medication for my husband who was in serious distress. When I got to Publix, the pharmacist was so rude to me. I explained that my husband was in great pain and asked that she please fill the prescription. She told me I had to wait until she filled all the prescriptions that had been called in ahead of my husband's.
