Worst pharmacy ever. If your doctor sends a prescription, they will not even work on it unless you go in and tell them you are waiting. Then they will make you wait another 45 minutes. They also sent me to a pharmacy 30 miles away because they were out of a medication I needed and then when I picked it up it was the wrong medication. Terrible customer service. They used to not be this way a few years ago.

This is the first time I have written a negative review for any business. I try to give businesses and their employees the benefit of the doubt, and be gracious when their workload seems heavy. I have picked up 6 prescriptions at this pharmacy in 2026. Twice, it took 3 visits to receive what I was prescribed. The other 4 visits, I waited 6+ hours before going in for my prescription, and still waited over 45 minutes to receive my medication. 7-16-26 not open. 9:02 am. No response.So slow. Not open at 9 am. I go to Publix because I dont want to deal with walmart employees. Your department should be open and ready at 9am. Not 3 minutes after. Takes a week to get a prescription filled?

No recommended Poor customer service Did not care to offer another medication alternative cover by my insurance Did no bother to contact my provider to tell her what other medication she could prescribed and be covered by my insurance Awful and experience June 16/26 at 8:10pm

So slow. Not open at 9 am. I go to Publix because I dont want to deal with walmart employees. Your department should be open and ready at 9am. Not 3 minutes after. Takes a week to get a prescription filled?
