Can't seem to have prescriptions ready for when they say they're going to have them ready. Third time in a row now that I've come to get prescriptions that they said they would have and they don't have them ready. I'm not sure what the purpose of calling in your prescriptions ahead of time is for
My doctor called in 3 prescriptions for upcoming surgery. When I got home after picking them up, only 2 prescriptions were in the bag. I called the pharmacy and was told the third rx wasn’t covered by my insurance. They didn’t say anything about that when I picked up the other two prescriptions, not even to ask if I wanted to pay out of pocket. I’ve gone to this Publix pharmacy for years and am disappointed by their lack of communication/explanation.
Just, pathetic. Nobody answering the phone to unreasonable hold times only to be told 'we're so far behind we might be able to fill it in a few days but no gurantee'. Wtf?! These arent vitamins....how many days past the fill date? Just go with out like it's no big deal?..unacceptable. Then to begin asking personal questions that only my Dr needs to ask? With zero qualifications to set a limit or justify the need as written on the script from the prescriber?....not your job. Im being screened for colin cancer too do you need ... read more
