I had 2 medications called in by my PCP for blood pressure and anxiety (my husband was just diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer), and after having worked in pharmacy for almost 25 years before moving down here, I gave them a few days. I called only to learn that 1. I go often and sometimes wnd I have to wait..no ready. They don't call if they don't have the medicine. Kind of sad.. because the employees , pharmacist and techs are so kind.
The pharmacy here is really great. It is by far the best pharmacy in Polk County for sure. Samantha is the one that normally helps me and she does such a wonderful job she's so polite so kind she's definitely in one of a kind team member. I truly hope they treat her well and she stays there for a long time. All the team members are good but I usually deal with Samantha so if you read this thank you so much for all your hard work and efforts to help me.
