How do you keep someone on hold for over 25 mins and never come back to the phone. I’ve been sitting on hold for 25 mins now and giving up, absolutely pathetic service.
The pharmacy manager Alessandra or Alexandra is such a disgrace. Not only disrespectful but found every reason not to transfer and fill my prescription.
The pharmacy manager Dorian is very helpful. He was able to switch my prescription to a different generic and my price went from $100 down to $10. He also made sure that I wasn’t getting medication that is already close to the expiration date, which is a problem I have been encountering at other Publix pharmacies. Thank you Dorian!
The female pharmacist here might be one of the most insufferable people I’ve ever had to deal with. After getting management involved, I see there’s still numerous people on here complaining about her. This was my first ever experience going to a pharmacist and wow was it a wake up call when I started going elsewhere. I can’t believe that this woman still has her position, and that this company is totally enabling her.
