I've been using this Publix Pharmacy for many years. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Most of the time my prescriptions are ready earlier than expected.
Had a dispute about a price at deli and they were very aragant to me. It was a assistant manager. Didn't like her attitude! I like employees in. Pharmacy but not cashiers and customer service!! Don't shop much there because of them.
I have been using this pharmacy many years now! Always wonderful service!
I switched from a big chain Pharmacy to Publix. Couldn’t be happier! I can also do my grocery shopping while waiting.
Horrible service. If you like waiting at least 8 hours to have the prescription filled, getting there to pick it up at 7:30 at night and being told you can wait or come back tomorrow. This is the last time I walk in Publix for anything. Good thing it wasn't a Rx that I couldn't do without. Then the Pharmacist says, that"s the way things are going. Get more help or people who move to get their job done. Take some personal accountability in your work.
