I really hate to leave a negative review, but this pharmacy has declined so much that I feel it needs to be said. The pharmacists currently working here are consistently rude and unhelpful. There’s no attempt at friendliness or basic customer service just blank stares if you ask a question, as if you’re bothering them. This used to be one of the best pharmacies in the area, thanks mostly to one exceptional pharmacist who truly cared about her customers. I spoke with the pharmacy about my medication and asked about the price, but I didn’t hear it. When she repeated the price, she screamed loudly because I didn’t hear well. It was the first time she screamed, showing no respect.
Started coming here because the Publix in Mt View Marketplace will tell you 2 hours on the phone and then you get there and they’ll tell you 2 more hours. Meanwhile, here you call and they have your meds ready in 5 mins. They’re great!
