I think my pharmacist at New Tampa is as attentive to my care as my primary doctor. An alert to a potential drug interaction was a blessing. I get personal calls to prompt me to call my doctor when there's a problem. Always friendly pleasant greeting when I visit. Prescriptions are filled timely. I have no complaints.
I moved all our medications out of Publix pharmacy because of their unacceptable handling of our concerns. One medication was quoted at over $600, even though prior authorization was approved. Publix insisted that prior authorization didn’t guarantee a lower price. When I called my insurance, they confirmed the medication should only cost $35 and advised me to have Publix reprocess it. I purchased some chicken and eat it in your café. I saw three roaches crawling towards the table while eating. I had to stop eating after that. I proceeded to the restrooms to find flys flying around. You need pest control asap.
