I arrived at the Publix pharmacy seeking medication that the doctor had recommended for my child. The pharmacist informed me that it would take an hour and a half, which was urgent since my child had a fever. An hour and a half later, I returned only to be told that he had not been able to communicate with CVS to transfer the prescription and that I would have to leave and return again.
