This Publix has a new rule on controlled substances. They state they are under a new management company and If your doctor is more than 100 miles away from them, they have decided that they will not fill your script. I got a call from a pharmacy tech letting me know that they would fill one more month for me as a favor, but then they would no longer do it. I understand hard to find help but you need to have better people on the pick up window My rx was ready yesterday and today the girl said it’s not ready-I gave her phone number , name , showed her the app -told her it says it is ready Finally five minutes later (while multiple cars lined up ) she found them Then now we waited another 5 minutes to get them in the drawer -while she called over multiple people to help We moved our prescriptions here due to another pharmacy having similar issues Should not take 15 min at the sta... read more
