It really hurts me that I have to post a review that's not positive against Publix Pharmacy. My parents and I have dealt with Publix Pharmacy for many years in particularly we have dealt with Greg and we think he's wonderful. I really didn't want to post this, but overall I always get my prescriptions when I request them. Nice techs although there's always a new one. However, I was told one of my prescriptions was on back order, that was back on October 1st, yet is Oct29 and they never called me to tell me that they don't have a provider for that medication. Ugh, so if I didn't call, I would have never known. Now I have to go to Walmart because CVS AND WALGREENS ARE A BIG NO-NO for me as well. The pharmacy dept has got to do better with the drive thru line. Customers should not be allowed to Wait in the drive thru line for a prescription to be ready. To keep the line moving, It would cost nothing to tell customers to circle around to the back of the line if their prescription is not ready. The drive thru line should not be a 30 min wait.
